RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: 

We will gladly refund or exchange any unworn and unused merchandise for any reason within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in the original, new condition that you received them. We do NOT accept washed or worn items. 

Exchange Policy:

Life is Lacrosse will gladly exchange any item at no additional charge within 30 days of purchase for another size or product. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. All items must be in their original condition. All exchanges are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please allow ample time for your exchange to reach us.

If you need to make an exchange because there was an error on our part (we shipped you the wrong item), please call us at 909-LAX-1099 (529-1099) or click here to request a return or exchange.

Exchange Procedure:

If you need to make an exchange for any reason, simply complete the Return/Exchange Form by clicking here. We will issue you a RMA (Return Materials Autorization) and send you instructions for returning your product. You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with sending the return back to us. Additional merchandise ordered may qualify for additional special offer or require additional shipping and handling charges. If the item(s) you are exchanging are a higher-price than the initial product, we will email you an invoice for the difference. 

Return/Refund Policy:

Life is Lacrosse will gladly refund your money for items returned within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original, new and unused condition. Your refund will be issued back to your original method of payment.

Return/Refund Procedure:

If you need to return an item for a refund, simply complete the Return/Exchange Form by clicking here. Your refund will be in the amount you paid for the item(s). You will only be reimbursed for the items(s) returned. The original shipping cost is non-refundable. A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment and may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Returns can take up to two weeks to process once we receive them. Be sure to also factor in the ship time for your return to be delivered to us. When your return is processed, we'll send you a notification email.

Price Adjustments:

If you have purchased items that are now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the original date of shipment was within 7 days of the sale offering. Please email us to see if your order or items are eligible. If eligible, you will receive a credit towards future purchases at www.lifeislacrosse.com.
